New Zealand Express shipping - $10.00

Worldwide shipping:
All orders over $70 NZD - Free shipping (Standard shipping time frame applies)
All orders under $70 NZD - $20 shipping fee (Standard shipping time frame applies)
Express worldwide DHL shipping - $29 - ( Shipping time frame - 5 business days * Note this can vary due to carrier delays out of our control, however we always aim to get your order to you within this time frame.)

Delivery & Processing Time frames:
Processing can take 1 to 3 business days, once completed our delivery partner will ship the item straight to you. You will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number once your parcel leaves us.
Please be aware that additional customs charges or fees may be payable upon collection of your order. Customs charges or fees are not included or covered by Supreme Glo and are the responsibility of the customer.
Standard Shipping New Zealand: 2 - 3 business days (dependent on location) unless purchased on a weekend - Orders are posted on weekdays only.
Express Shipping New Zealand: Overnight, unless purchased on a weekend - orders are posted on weekdays only.
Standard Shipping Australia: 5 - 7 business days unless purchased on a weekend - orders are posted on weekdays only.

Please note shipping times may vary and take longer due to current pandemic restrictions worldwide with postal carriers but we aim to have your order with you within 7-10 business days (unless DHL express shipping was chosen),we greatly appreciate your patience.
Returns and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, you can exchange your item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or a replacement of your product purchased. To report such a matter, kindly complete the contact us form or email us directly at Info@supreme-glo.com with your order details and we will be in touch with further steps to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Please note to be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
